Monica Desrochers

Monica Desrochers is a school district administrator and advocate with 15 years of experience championing equity and social justice in public schools. She began her career as a dual-language teacher in Boston Public Schools. Monica holds a Masters in Education Leadership from Boston College, and Doctorate of Education in Education Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont. Her research examines systemic racism in school communities and provides practical strategies for educators to promote anti-racism and equity. She is dedicated to creating inclusive environments that empower historically underserved students.
