Add an Endorsement
VT-HEC offers training for licensed educators who wish to add an endorsement in another area. Upon successful completion of courses and fieldwork, VT-HEC recommends candidates to the Agency of Education for an additional endorsement in one of these areas:

Did you know?
Courses are offered at the graduate level through our affiliation with Vermont State University. Successful participants are able to apply credits earned through VT-HEC toward a master’s degree at that institution. New cohorts begin every summer.
If you do not yet have a Vermont teaching license, learn more about our initial licensure programs. VT-HEC offers programs for individuals seeking licensure in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, or Special Education.
