Michelle LaFrancis, M.Ed.

Michelle is a member of the VT-HEC Work-Based Learning Endorsement Program Advisory Board and formerly member of Agency of Education Peer Review Panel for Work-Based Learning. In 1997 Michelle returned to her alma mater, Spaulding High School, as a high school history teacher and has been there ever since. Eventually she migrated into the role of the Work Based Learning Coordinator and developed programming for and on behalf of the community. She resides in the Mad River Valley area with her husband, two teens, and furbaby, Miss B. She continues to pivot programming and attempts to meet the needs of students by raising their aspirations.
