Kelly Cray, M.Ed.

Instructor

Kelly Cray is an experienced educator and avid learner who began her teaching journey in South Korea, where she developed a curriculum, trained teachers, and immersed herself in the culture. She continued her teaching career at Riverbend Prep Academy in Arizona, working tirelessly to support marginalized students and instill a growth mindset. Before settling in Vermont where she teaches high school ELD at Burr and Burton Academy, Cray pursued her passion for astronomy as a crew trainer at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Alabama, mentoring teams and leading educational programs. She has fulfilled the requirements for a double Master’s Degree in Advanced Teaching (primary and secondary). Cray is the founder of “The Autist Educator,” an advocacy organization that aims to create a more inclusive education system for neurodivergent students. She is dedicated to promoting an equitable learning environment for all.
