Joy Wilcox, M.Ed.

Joy is a Consulting Teacher/Learning Specialist who has worked as a special educator and consultant in VT schools for over 40 years. She has also worked for the VT-HEC since its inception and is an essential member of the VT-HEC Operations Group. She currently coordinates the VT-HEC Special Education programs, including leading the Special Education Endorsement Program and the Special Education Initial Licensing Program. She oversaw the ROPA approval process for the Special Education Endorsement and Special Education Initial Licensure Programs.
