Jessa Loranger, Ph.D.

Jessa began working with VT-HEC in 2017. In her current role, she is responsible for implementing systems involving technology and digital media. In the past, she has worked in elementary schools as a literacy tutor and with English language learners, taught college level music courses, and coordinated and promoted arts events. Jessa has a Ph.D. in Music from the University of California.
