Dr. Laura Pascoe

Dr. Laura Pascoe, Ph.D.,  is an internationally experienced researcher, educator, and practitioner who specializes in evidence-based strategies to advance gender-inclusive equality, prevent violence, and improve health outcomes for all. She brings more than 15 years of experience helping schools, nonprofits, and organizations strengthen cultures and systems to better serve diverse communities.

Her work centers on enabling positive behavior change, fostering inclusive learning environments, and equipping educators with the confidence and tools to make equity and inclusivity the default in their practice. She has led capacity-building initiatives locally and globally that prevent and respond to violence, promote gender equality, and drive meaningful organizational transformation.
