To make the process smoother, please gather the following materials before you begin:

  • Letter of intent – A quick introduction and outline of your goals. In your letter, please indicate which endorsement area(s) you are interested in pursuing.
  • Completed memorandum of support – Signed by your supervisor. This form verifies that you will have appropriate opportunities to implement practice-based coursework as part of the program.
  • All undergraduate and graduate transcripts – Necessary to establish core content needs (if any).

Once you begin, you will be able to save your progress and return later if needed.

Document requirements: All files must be in PDF format and under 50 MB.
