VT-HEC Mission Investment Fund

VT-HEC makes every effort to keep course and workshop costs as low as possible while still meeting our operational costs. In addition, the VT-HEC Board has created the Mission Investment Fund, which aims to increase access to all VT-HEC offerings. A limited number of partial scholarships are available to students in all VT-HEC licensure and endorsement programs, as well as continuing education workshops and courses. Scholarships will be awarded to students who have minimal or no financial support for professional development from their employer.

The Patty Morgan Scholarship

The Patty Morgan Scholarship will be awarded annually to an exceptional educator seeking either an initial license as an early childhood educator (ECE) or to add the ECE endorsement to a current Vermont license through the VT-HEC programs. The Patty Morgan Scholarship will cover the selected candidate’s VT-HEC tuition costs not covered by other funding sources throughout the candidate’s program.
