The VT-HEC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Endorsement Program is an 18-credit sequence of coursework and practical experiences designed to prepare participants to add an Early Childhood Educator endorsement to their current license.
f you DO NOT have a VT educator license
The VT-HEC Early Childhood Educator Initial Licensure Program is an 18-credit sequence of coursework, field experiences (including student teaching), and a two-year seminar series designed to prepare participants to obtain their initial license as Early Childhood Educator.
The Patty Morgan Scholarship will be awarded annually to an exceptional educator seeking an initial early childhood educator (ECE) license or seeking to add the ECE endorsement to a current Vermont license. The Patty Morgan Scholarship will cover the selected candidate’s VT-HEC tuition costs not covered by other funding sources throughout the candidate’s program.
