Participants will explore the dynamic intersection of play and literacy, discovering innovative strategies to weave literacy and language instruction into authentic learning and play experiences. With a focus on the most recent research on literacy and language learning, classroom examples, and discussion, participants will discover play-based literacy techniques, explore developmentally appropriate practices, and understand how to create engaging learning environments.
