Timothy J. Runge, PhD, NCSP, BCBA

Timothy J. Runge is a school psychologist consultant with over 25 years of experience working in and with public schools to support implementation of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) frameworks and utilization of responsiveness to intervention (RTI) practices in academic, social, emotional, and behavioral domains. Dr. Runge began his career as a nationally certified school psychologist and coordinator of special education services in Pennsylvania. He has also served as a faculty member in a school psychology training program and currently is a statewide consultant for MTSS. He has published studies and co-authored two books on School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, assessment of literacy skills, measuring RTI, and using RTI models for the identification of specific learning disabilities.
