Free Resources for Maintaining Emotional Well-Being

Emotional Well-Being Ideas & Office Hours w/Dave Melnick

Unlike most crises, the COVID-19 pandemic is a crisis that is affecting us all.  VT-HEC is partnering with the Northeast Family Institute (NFI) to distribute free resources and offer a special opportunity to interact with Dave Melnick during his informal “office hours”.
First, NFI has put together a document loaded with relevant ideas and resources to address the needs of adults, kids and leaders. The document includes:
  • General Ideas to Address Emotional Well-Being
  • How to Address Emotional Well-Being for Adults (caregivers, workforce, leaders, colleagues)
  • How to Address Emotional Well-Being of Children and Adolescents
  • How to Lead During a Crisis

You can find this document here: file:///C:/Users/dm74k/Downloads/NFI%20VT%20COVID-19%20%20Well-Being%20Ideas%20(Melnick-Final).pdf

Second, please join VT-HEC and Dave Melnick for “office hours,” when Dave will provide a short teaching segment on stress and resilience, as well as answer questions and offer tangible well-being ideas for professionals, parents, leaders and kids. We hope to bring you a series of these sessions if they prove to be meeting your needs. The first session is planned for April 6, 2020.  Registration is free and will be limited.
This event has ended.
