It will be delivered through four sessions plus online work that participants complete between sessions. Each meeting is designed to help early childhood directors/entrepreneurs develop skills\, knowledge\, resources\, and tools for effective legal and financial program management. Each session will be taught by experts in specific areas of program administration and early childhood education. Participants will use their own child care programs to apply what they are learning in this course.
