Traditional ways of acknowledging colleagues have their place. Snacks, and swag are important symbols of appreciation, and staff surveys gather opinions and ideas. Building on such efforts, a deeper sense of belonging results from stable structures that help people build relationships and collaboratively solve problems of mutual concern. Whether you are working on small teams or leading full faculty inservice meetings, this series is designed to provide novice and experienced educators with tools for leading collaborative work.
