On July 1, Donna Mcallister will be taking over the position of coordinator of the Health Educator Licensing Program formerly held by Kate O’Neill.
Kate is moving on after years of guiding the Health Educator program – we will miss her creative and focused leadership. Thank you, Kate!
The transition to our new coordinator will be seamless. Donna comes to this position with a huge amount of experience. She was a Family and Consumer Sciences and Health educator for 35 years in grades 5 – 12 then moved to state level work as the Health Education Consultant for the Vermont Agency of Education in 2007 until her retirement in 2015.
Donna will be responsible for all aspects of the Health Educator program. She is passionate about providing opportunities for educators to improve health education in Vermont and looks forward in continuing to work with Health educators. You can reach Donna at: [email protected]
