Day One – 9/26/14: Setting the Stage: On the first day, participants will break into teams and will have opportunities to work collaboratively to develop teaming skills. This session will include a brief review of autism characteristics as they relate to learning styles and overview of structured teaching and participants will identify those characteristics as they manifest in one of their own students (or a case study if they do not currently have a student).
